The lightweight EPS forms the inner layer of the “Hard-Shell” and is the primary component that crushes during impact to absorb and dissipate energy. Love, love, love it. Perfect fit, snug, not tight. Super light, but feels very secure and protective. Looks lovely and won’t show scratches if it ever gets dropped by clumsy me.

I had my skate for whole 2 days before I crashed really bad on it. I was wearing this helmet and had I not been I don’t think I would be here right now. I collided with a car and the first and only thing to hit the car was my head. I was also hauling down the street. What was really awesome about this is that it didn’t even crack or bust, just a couple of scratches, so this thing can take some force.

I use it most every day, and it is comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Have not crashed with it, but it seems sturdy and can probably save your head in an accident. Not to mention a lot of people seem to think it looks really cool!
